Rodeo - The Early Years

This Unique program documents the early years of rodeo and captures the true spirit of the west. Rich in the old traditions, it presents many of the legends figures and milestones of the sport. Using rare footage, Let 'er Buck takes you back to the turn of the century cattle drives and Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. You are given a front row seat at great contest such as Pendleton and Prescott. Old time Photographs follow the evolution of rodeo events from their origin in the late 1800's through the mid 1930s- Bronc Riding, Steer Roping, Bulldogging and Bull Riding as it used to be!

You learn not only how rodeo got it's start but also how it's changed. Meet the first heroes of rodeo - men, women and the livestock. We can only hope there's a sequel."
